It was allegedly constructed and completed in 2006. It is a three sided edifice, assumed to be around 47 meters high, with each of its sides around 9 meters in width.The tower can rotate around its vertical center axis. This has been confirmed by examining various photographs which display the structure to be facing different directions at different times (!!!)
Some speculators think that the building is remote controlled from the RCS range, due to the absence of any peripheral support buildings in the vicinity of this enigmatic structure. We at Area 51 Casebook however, prefer to think that the building requires no support and is in itself more of a control tower than a peripheral building.
Believers in the Extraterrestrial presence at Area 51 are suggesting the possibility of this edifice being used as a HQ for Alien visitors who are collaborating with the U.S. Government. This is of course a matter for debate and must be considered speculative until further evidence on this issue is uncovered.
You can see that the tower is surrounded by a circular ring, and that a space between the ring shaped base and the tower seems to exist. This tends to confirm the theory that the tower is able to rotate.
